- Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision to renovate GI pre/post op recovery, Bldg 2 east, at the VA Medical Center, Columbia, SC, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, interior demolition, new interior construction, new finishes, c sheet vinyl flooring, paint, multi-colored coatings, acoustical ceiling, cement fiber board, hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware, and necessary removal of existing stsructures and construction and certain other items. Solicitation package and drawings will be available for download on or about 8/23/05. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. NAICS Code 236220 with size standard $28.5 million applies. Cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Completion time 120 days. See numbered note 29.
