- Description
- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and transportation to perform all roof repairs to perform roof repairs: Overlay all existing seams (approx. 1700 linear feet) with 5" pressure sensitive tape and calk all end laps. Patch all areas where fasteners are protruding thru membrane. Flash all corners on existing roof curbs. Top-off pitch pockets where protrusions are removed. Flash perimeter metal on top of parapet walls. Replace two areas of crushed insulation, outside elevator penthouse doors, with new insulaton and 1/2" decking. Repair areas on back wall where protrusions have toorn membrane. Open area of loose membrane and adhere the existing membrane to the existing insulation. Make all necessary flashing repairs (approx. 800 Square Feet). A SITE VISIT, PRIOR TO BID, IS REQUIRED This solicitation is covered under the Davis Bacon Act, and all related Federal Acquisition Regulations.
