- This is an amendment to the prevous combined synopsis/solicitation notice that was posted on 20 Jul 05. The following changes are hereby incorporated: INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Item shall be priced FOB Destination. Item shall be deliverd to 361 Thomas Road, Bolling AFB, Washington DC 20032-0305. Delivery Date upon receipt of order: ______________. Response date and time has been extended to 12 Aug 05, 4:30 p.m. EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. (See original combined synopsis/solicitation notice): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-05-T-0042. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-3. This is set aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336360, size standard: 500 employees. LINE ITEMS: 0001: REPLACEMENT BUS SEATS, COACH STYLE: Size: 37 ¾” width, foot rests, two-wide recliner, covered with fabric number 89-560C. MFR/BRAND: AMERICAN SEATING, QTY: 44 EACH, MODEL number 2003, OR EQUAL, UNIT PRICE: $_________, EXTENDED PRICE: $_________. 0002: REPLACEMENT BUS SEATS, COACH STYLE: five across rear seat to match model 2003, covered with fabric number 89-560C. MFR/BRAND: AMERICAN SEATING, QTY: 2 EACH, MODEL number 2003, OR EQUAL, UNIT PRICE: $_________, EXTENDED PRICE: $_________. If bidding on an “OR EQUAL” item, offerors must submit descriptive literature or a sample along with your quote. INSPECTON AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Supplies/services will be inspected at destination/government, accepted at destination/government. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated. Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition is as follow: 52.252-1, 52.252-5: (b) DFARS (Chapter 2), and 252.225-7000.
