- Solicitation number SP0406-05-R-2165, RE050330110000, NSN 8120-00-515-2575, for Cylinder, Compressed Gas, Empty, Aircraft, Oxygen, Low Pressure. Solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and will result in a Fixed Price/Economic Price Adjustment Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year with four one-year option periods. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with military/federal specifications/standards and/or voluntary industry standards. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.daps.mil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Specifications MIL-DTL-5886/1A and MIL-DTL-5886G apply. This NSN has a Contractor First Article Test Requirement. Stock lines only to SRU, Richmond, VA. Estimated annual demand quantity is 1,000 EA base year, 800 EA (option years); guaranteed minimum quantity is 200 EA (base year only). FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery 72 DARO. QAP 002 applies. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on 16 May 2005, with a closing date of 16 June 2005.
