- Description
- Offutt AFB requires the following service: Hospital Laundry Service. The RFQ Number is FA4600-05-T-0028. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supervision, other items and services necessary to perform the cleaning of laundry for the Ehrling Berquist Hospital & Dental Clinic at Offutt AFB, NE as defined in the Statement of Work (SoW). This will be a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract. A Request for Quotes (RFQ) shall be issued on or about 23 June 2005. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. The proposed contract shall have a 1-year base period, starting 1 Oct 2005 to 30 Sep 2006, plus four (4), one-year option periods. Award of the contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Government. Upon issue, the Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be available on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration prior to award of any Government contract. See http://www.ccr.gov. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-MAY-2005).
