- NASA/GSFC plans to issue a RFQ for the following Commercial item: 1. GPS Discipline Rb with Distribution 1U (w/o antenna), Part No. 4410A, Quantity: 1 2. GPS Disciplined Crystal Oscillator Reference, Part No. 4411A, Quantity: 1 3. Time Interval Analyzer, Part No. 5110A, Quantity: 1 4. Network Option (Ethernet), Part No. OPT00001, Quantity: 1 5. Phase Noise Measurement Option - SSB Spectrum Plot, Part No. OPT00002, Quantity: 1 6. Rackmount Kit, Part No. OPT00003, Quantity: 1 This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334519, and 500, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFQ NNG05123915Q is on or about August 4, 2005, with an anticipated quotation due date of on or about August 15, 2005. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using procedures set forth in FAR Part 12, and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quotation. While it is preferable to submit an on-line bid, bids sent through the mail, commercial delivery service, delivery by company employee or other individual agent, as well as E-Mail bids and fascimile are also acceptable. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/GSFC Business Opportunities page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=51 Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
