Hand Tools. The solicitation will result in a two year Requirement Term Contract, Fixed Price, with three one-year options with economic price adjustment. This solicitation will contain requirements for eight (8) items. Delivery will be FOB destination within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia, 90 DARO or less and a minimum order amount of no more than $50.00.
