- Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, in support of Navy Reserve Center Billings Montana, has a requirement for Hotel Lodging for Reserve Personnel. Provisions for an estimated not to exceed yearly quantity of 20 double occupancy and 10 single occupancy rooms. The solicitation will be issued as Total Small Business Set Aside using commercial procedures IAW FAR Part 12 and 15. The anticipated contract type of award may be of the Firm, Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Supply type. The period of performance is the base year and four possible one-year option periods. Deliverables will be at least one weekend of every month. The NAICS code is 721110 size 6.0 mil and the FSC is V231. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Aug 2005 and closing on or about 29 Aug 2005. When issued, the RFP will be electronically posted via the NECO website at www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP package and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax request for the RFP will be accepted. An email request to janet.m.baker@navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. This office will maintain no bidders list. No paper copies of the RFP/Amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
