- Description
- FISC, Norfolk Contracting Dept., Phila. Div. intends to acquire, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, an independent, macro-level, business process-focused analysis of the SEA TRIAL process for Navy Warfare Development Command (NWDC). A 6-month base period extending from 01 OCT 05 through 31 MAR 2006 is anticipated. The requirement will also contain provisions for one 6-month option period from 01 APR 2006 through 30 SEP 2006. Placement of a firm-fixed-priced delivery order under The Thomas Group?s GSA Schedule contract is anticipated to satisfy this requirement. The Thomas Group is the only known source, which possess the unique corporate knowledge and skills to provide the highly specialized support required. The solicitation will require the submission of a cost/price proposal. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 are applicable.
