- This pre-solicitation notice is being issued by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, to announce the release of Solicitation N00019-05-R-0060 to support the E-6B Message Processing System (MPS). NAVAIR intends to award a contract in FY-06 based on full and open competition for the MPS systems and associated effort. The Request for Proposal is available on the NAVAIR website: http://www.navair.navy.mil/. Volume 2, Past Performance/ Experience is due on 18 August 2005 by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
