This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with t he format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No substitutions will be a uthorized as must be fully compatible with existing equipment to be integrated into current security system. Line Item 0001, ARDQ-P4Q, Panther Alarm System, to include the following components-Panther 4 video center with intrusion detection (4) video inpu ts, 15-inch LCD, (12) alarm sensors; ST5800RP, (1) wireless alarm repeater with P/S; ARDK-PVX-WCM, (2) outdoor wired low lux B/W with 300-feet cables; ARKD-PVX-WXDN, (2) wireless 1.2 GHz day/night camera; MVL-II/MVL-INST, Microviewlock II video scrambling and installation (2 per system). The proposed contract is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. For this acquisition, the Small Business Size Standard is 750 and the NAICS Code is 334511. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov. The following clauses/provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision.
