- PR Numbers: F2D0AD5189A100, F2D0AD5181A100, F2D0AD5203A100, AND F2D0AD5188A100. APPROXIMATE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 8/19/05. This is a request for proposal synopsis. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for medical services. This will include the services of a family practitioner, ambulatory coding officer, and medical assistant (in the area of family practice). Contract will be for one basic year plus up to four option year periods. Option years may be exercised out of sequence. The Statement of Work ? which includes all further details, will be available upon solicitation issue date. All information necessary for proposal bidding will be included with the solicitation, which is to be issued on or around 8/19/05. This synopsis is simply a notification to any interested contractors ? so that you may watch for the upcoming solicitation and prepare accordingly. No other technical information will be available until that time. APPROXIMATE AWARD DATE: 9/30/05. This acquisition is a Full and Open Competition.
