- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B1R35171A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT, HOWEVER IT IS INCLUDED IN THE FY 05 BUDGET. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR AFTER 1 OCTOBER, 2005. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-15. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business and is under North American Industry Classification System code 337211, with a small business size standard of 500 employees.
