- Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to effect a maintenance service contract for the Nellcor, Mallinckrodt and Puritan Bennett ventilators/respirators located at the VAMC, Birmingham, AL. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be advertised as a 100% Small Business set-a-side with a NAICS Code 339112, with a size standard of 500 employees. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
