Description

Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform semi-annual maintenance service/exchange for the Phillips Cardiovascular System including electronics cabinets, generator, operator consoles including display monitors , and patient support table located at the Augusta, GA VAMC. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be awarded as a sole source with NAICS Codes 334517, with a size standard of 500 employees.
