- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to the National Association of Development Organizations Research Foundation (NADORF) to continue the development of an Advanced Rural Transportation Peer Network that will encourage peer learning among rural transportation planners, regional development organizations (RDOs), and their counterparts in small metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs). This is a Simplified Acquisition requirement and an award will be made on or about August 22, 2005.
