- USACECOM is anticipating issuing a Request for Proposal under Solicitation No. W15P7T-05-R-N204 for an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery Contract for up to a quantity of fifty (50) Receiver/Transmitter Subassemblies (RTSA). The RTSA is a part of the Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS) Class 2M Radios. The NSN for the RTSA is 5820-01-437-8866, Part No. is 622-8411-040. It is anticipated that the first delivery order will be issued for a quantity of five (5) each RTSAs. The contract will be issued on a FOB Destination basis and the delivery time will be twelve (12) months ARO. This solicitation is being issued as a sole source to Data Link Solutions LLC (DLS) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Government does not possess the drawings or technical data needed to competitively acquire the JTIDS Class 2M RTSA. All parties interested in doing business with USACECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive inform ation from the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
