- Description
- The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking to install a 4,800 linear feet chain link security fence. This fence shall be six feet in height, with barbwire extending above the fencing and a cement footing to anchor the fence post. The cement footing shall be twelve inches wide with a dept of eighteen inches below grade. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment required for the complete installation of the above referenced fence. This fence shall be installed at the USDA, ARS, located in Houma, LA. An IFB with complete specification requirements will be issued on or about April 29, 2005 with all bids being due at 2:00 p.m. May 31, 2005. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package. All requests must be submitted in writing, faxed to (662) 686-5373 or by electronic mail to: tvjones@ars.usda.gov.
