- NAICS Code: 336212 18 Foot Enclosed Cargo Trailers This is a combined synopsis/request for quote that replaces the CANCELLED RFQ-OH-05-00129 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. Shipping charges need to be included in price. The NAICS code is 336212. The specifications for the 18 Foot Enclosed Trailer is listed below: Please provide an item by item verification that you can supply each item on the list as well as costs for options. If you can not supply a particular item, please indicate so and explain why. Trailer must be DOT compliant. Bidders are requested to use the attached document and add a column with the cost for each item. Bidders can modify or re-create the document as required provided the specifications and individual items remain the same. The following clauses apply to this request for quote: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, and the specific evaluation criteria is as follows: (1) Technical acceptability of the item offered to meet the Government's requirement and (2) Technical acceptability shall be evaluated on a pass or fail basis.
