- Description
- Marine Corps System Command, Program Manager for Training Systems (PM TRASYS), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to identify potential Vendors capable of providing a galvanized rifle carriage that will hold two 72 X 72 target frames constructed of wood 2 X 2 frame with Coroplast backing in a 2 X 4 upright. The carriage is approximately 84 inches in width and 23inches in depth and 84 inches high. The new carriages will be of the same dimensions, bolted to the deck, made of galvanized metal, it is a manual system so it shall operate with a chain and sprocket system, stainless steel chain with replaceable links. They will also require a counter weight that can replace the two by four uprights to allow a single target to be used as needed. This request is for all Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and Non-Developmental Items (NDI) this includes the trailer and target and accessories. PM TRASYS intends to acquire the carriages in August 2005.
