- Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has a requirement for a Pre-Inactive Restricted Availability (PIRA), further discribed in this soliciation, N00024-04-R-4412. The Government seeks award this requirement under the Muti-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contrac (MAC), N00024-04-D-4408, for preparation and execution (contract option) of the PIRA, scheduled for 15 March 2006. The PIRA includes maintenance, repair, alterations, testing and routine work on a nuclear-powered submarine in accordance with the prescribed Availability Work Package.
