Description

Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required to clean all head exhaust ventilation systems at Naval Air Technical Training (NATTC) in Buildings 3901 -3908 (8 Buildings). Acquisition will be based upon a Request for Quotations (RFQ) formatted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 13 ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures? and FAR part 12 ?Acquisition of Commercial Items.? Per FAR 52.222-41, the contract shall be covered by the Service Contract Act of 1965, as Amended (May 1989), withflow down required for all subcontracts subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965 (41 U.S.C. 351, et seq.). Wage Determination 94-3033 REV (2) shall apply. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 52.219-6. Accordingly, offers or quotations under this acquisition are solicited from Small Business concerns only. Offers that are not from a Small Business shall not be considered and shall be rejected. "Small Business" as used in this solicitation, means a small business concern whose size is no greater than the numerical size standard applicable to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to a contracting opportunity. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561790, and the small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. Therefore, to qualify as a Small Business for this acquisition a contractor's average annual gross revenues for the last 3 fiscal years must be $6,000,000.00 or less. A formal site visit will be held on 15 August 2005. All interested firms should meet at the ROICC Office, Building 746, NAS Pensacola, FL at 9:00 AM. Award shall be on a low priced technically acceptable basis per Section M of the solicitation as follows: 1) Technical - Past Performance/Experience 2) Price - Unit Prices Per Exhibit A (ELIN A001 & A001) & Total Price - CLIN 0001 Quotes/proposals are due by 2:00 PM on 31 August 2005.
