- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Martek Power Abbott, Inc for the acquisition of twenty-five (25) Power Supply 28 Volt @ 7.14 AMPS, fifteen (15) Power Supply 5 Volt @ 20 AMPS, and fifteen (15) Power Supply 15 Volt @6.66 AMPS for the Navy and various FMS countries for the F-18 program. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
