Description

The USGS intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Alameda County Public Works of Hayward, CA for 2005 high-resolution (6" for urban areas and 1' for rural areas) digital orthorectified imagery of Alameda County. This imagery will be placed in the public domain through The National Map program. The proposed contract action is for goods for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Menlo Park, CA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer by e-mail (rdonez@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown for this announcement.
