Description: The Center for Health Care Contracting intends to award a fixed price sole source contract to install and field a new Overall Roll Up Report to sustain the Medical Personal Digital Assistant (MPDA) portion of the recently deployed automated Pre/Post Deployment Health Assessment (ePPDHA) and complete the Department of the Army Reconstitution Tracking System (DARTS) data transfer integrations. Negotiations are to be conducted solely with BearingPoint LLC, McLean VA 22102 due to proprietary data, however any and all responsible offerors will be considered. Request for Proposal (RFP) number W81K04-05-R-0016 will be issued on or about 19 August 2005. Supplies and services required are for the development on a super user level reports on the ePPDHA web port al as specifically requested by theater that will allow the user to collect all information on ePPDHA. The development of a new table in ePPDHA Temporary Database to store DARTS data, which will then be transferred to the central server at Brooks Army Med ical Center (BAMC), is also required. The requirement is for a base period of one year from contract issued date and four 1-year options. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 541512.
