- Description
- The Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, has a need for an Indefinite Delivery Contract for Building and Grounds Maintenance Services, Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City Dam, Saegertown, Pennsylvania. Some of the services include grass mowing, m aintenance of landscaped areas, pesticide application, mulching, cleaning of offices, restrooms and picnic areas, solid waste removal, and raw sewage removal. The period of performance will be from 1 December 2005 or date of award, whichever is later, thro ugh 30 November 2006, with four one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses (NAICS Code is 561730 - $6 Million). The Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be available approximately 25 August 2005 on-line only, therefore, req uests for hardcopies of the specifications will not be honored. Requests must be made by registering for this solicitation on our webpage at http://ebs-lrp.wes.army.mil.
