- Requirements contract for Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL. Base year plus 4 option years, for Power Tools and Calibrated Tools. This will be an Unrestricted procurement. This solicit ation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102 (a)(7) and 14.205-1 (c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Quotes submitted must be in electronic format as stated in solicitation.
