- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial purchase with the format in FAR Subpart 13; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: The 140th Communications Flight at the Colorado Air National Guard, Bldg 850, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9531 is requesting to purchase Klaxon Public Address System utilizing existing Whelen encoder in place at Command Post. Interface with existing PA system in each building; provide six different warning tones; Provide digital voice messages; battery bak-up; strobe control; traffic light control; Wireless control from Whelen Encoder. please include warranty information, installation prcing.
