- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. White Sands Missile Range Lodging Office and Community Club have a requirement for weekly laundry services for linens, i.e., approximately 75 wash cloths, approximately 75 bath mats, appr oximately 100 bath towels, 75 approximately hand towels, approximately 10 queen mattress pads, approximately 10 double mattress pads, approximately 75 pillow cases, approximately 100 flat sheets, approximately 100 fitted sheets, approximately 50 linen napk ins and 25 table cloths. In conjunction with laundry services, pick-up of items to be laundered and delivery of laundered items are considered the responsibility of the vendor providing service. The period of performance is 12 months, 1 October 2005 thro ugh 30 September 2006. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 812332 with a standard size of $12M. There are two contract line items (0001 and 0002) for a quantity of one (1) lot each. Your price shall be F OB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registrar (http://www.ccr.gov). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low pr ice proposal.
