Description: This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY, intent to award a sole source purchase order to Southeastern New York Library Resources Council, P.O. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS is 516110 with a size stand ard of 500 employees. This notice is not a request for quotations or a solicitation of offers. There will be NO SOLICITATION ISSUED.
