Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12.6) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912CM-05-T-0316 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-27. Offers are due at the Wiesbaden Contractin g Center on 17 August 2005, 12:00 (Central European Time). Quotes will only be accepted by email to jim.hayes@rcc.wbn.usacce.army.mil OR by fax to :011-49-611-816-2198. 1. This procurement is for the purchase of 560 ea.end tables, w/shelf and 280 ea. coffee tables, w/o shelf, as specified in the attached specifications. 2. NAICS code is 337122. 3. Solicitation is unrestricted. 4. Time of delivery is as stated on specification. 5. Only one award will be made from this solicitation, offerors must submit their quotation for both items. Complete specifications which clearly demonstrate conformance with the attached specifications for each item must be submitted with the quotation. 6.
