- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-05-T-0048. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-3. This is set aside for 100% small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337127, size standard: 500 employees. LINE ITEMS: 0001: BALLROOM CHAIRS, FLEXIBLE BACK, SILVER FRAME COLOR, GRADE A ? C FABRIC (ELMHURST, BLUEBELL), QTY: 300 EACH, UNIT PRICE: $_________, EXTENDED PRICE: $_________. ?Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.? If bidding on an ?OR EQUAL? item, offerors must submit descriptive literature or a sample along with your quote. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Item shall be priced FOB Destination. Item shall be deliverd to 207 Brookley Avenue, Bldg # 1307, Bolling AFB. Delivery Date upon receipt of order: ______________. Supplies/services will be inspected at destination by the government, accepted at destination by the government. FAR PROVISIONS: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items are hereby incorporated. Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition is as follow: 52.252-1, 52.252-5: (b) DFARS (Chapter 2), and 252.225-7000.
