- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for medical transcription service. The upcoming solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for commercial items under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The contractor shall provide a phone based, web enabled medical transcription service for the 319th Medical Group, Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota. Performance shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and in accordance with contract requirements. This will be a HUBZone set-aside only with the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) of 561410 with a size standard of $6 million. The period of performance will be a basic period (approximately 20 Sep 05 to 19 Sep 06) with four option years. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type contract. Award evaluation will be based on price performance trade off (PPTO). The Government anticipates the issuance of the solicitation on or about 22 Aug 05. The entire solicitation will be made available at Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.eps.gov). No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting customer service at 1-888-227-2423.
