- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for one each, 3 way switch 15KV 200, 3 phase, PN 33vp95-222-12 VACPAC suggested manufacture is Cooper Power System and three each 4 way switches, suggested manufacture is Kearney National Inc. 15KV 600 amp, 3 phase, four-way (all switched) Vacpac interrupter switch rated 15KV, 95 NIL, 600 amp continuous and 2KA sym interrupting on all four ways. PN 44VP95-6666-12-(2t). This is a brand name or equal procurement. The required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of a purchase order. The delivery location is Patrick AFB, FL. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-04-T-0302 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 5065, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423690. GSA Schedule holders for this item/service are encouraged to provide us with their GSA Schedule number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
