- Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The Government intends to award eleven contract line items number (CLIN 0001) for PT # H20 ? 3648R-SS, CUDA parts washer, 1 EA, (CLIN 0002) for PT # 200.209 containment ring, 36? stainless steel, 1 EA, (CLIN 0003) for PT # 200.197 filtration and sump sweep, 2 stage, stainless steel, 1 EA, (CLIN 0004) for PT # 200.201 height extension, 6? stainless steel, 1 EA, (CLIN 0005) for PT # 200.341 insert, 60 mesh for debris screen tray, 1 EA (CLIN 0006) for PT # 200.213 parts tree, 4 hook, stainless steel, 1 EA, (CLIN 0007) for PT # 200.281 preferred options package, stainless steel, 1 EA, (CLIN 0008) for PT # 200.131-04 timer, heater and skimmer 24 hour 7 day factory installed, 1 EA, (CLIN 0009) for PT # 200.549 two-tier turnable, stainless steel, 1 EA, (CLIN 0010) for PT # 200.212C oil drain container, stainless steel, 1 EA, and (CLIN 0011) for PT # 200.138 hour meter, 1 EA. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30Oct05 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
