- This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 443112 and the Size Standard 500 employees. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued from Purchase Request F2BTAQ5175A100. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 effective 8 June 2005. The Government intends to award one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001) for Audio Equipment. Parts List Includes: Lectro HH Vari-Mic Element Part # UT400VM (quantity 10) Lectro Master Module Part # VRM (quantity 2) Lectro Standard Recording Module Dig/Hyb Part #VRS (quantity 10) Non Directional Dipole 550-800 MH (quantity 4) Lectro Mounting Kit for Alp 6-7000 Part #ALPKIT (quantity 4) FOB and Inspection/Acceptance is Destination. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR): FAR 52-211-6 Brand Name (Lectrosonics); FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offererors-Commercial Items; in accordance with (IAW) the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price; IAW FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal; Note: DFARS 252.225-7000 applies (Buy American Act with exceptions), and FAR 52.252-1 Solicitation Provisions Incororated by Reference.
