- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with addition information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government plans to issue a FFP contract for the acquisition of 2 ea Flat Panel Monitor 20.1"; Model: RFD251A; P/N: K9342256) to include 2 ea of the following options: COAT 01B - Humiseal for RFD251 series, POWCON 07 - 3p wire plug HE308, MS27466 T09F98P (115 or 220 Vac unit only); TM Displays - Technical Manual for all Display products and UM Display - Users Manual for all Display products. Required delivery is 4 months after receipt of order. Delivery is required to be FOB Destination, Lackland AFB, San Antonio TX. Please quote accordingly. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. The Government will no longer accept nor process hard copies of Invoices/Receiving Reports. These documents must be generated electronically via the Wide Area Work Flow - Receipts and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). All packages and shipping papers shall be marked with the order number to permit effective processing and timely payment. To be eligible for award you must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at www.ccr.gov. If a change occurs in this requirement, only those offerors that respond to this announcement within the required time frame will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. No substitutions for the items on this requirement will be allowed. Offers may be faxed to Ms. Hilda L.
