The following is the added information. NOTE: The purpose of this announcement is to assist the Agency in performing basic market research to determine industry interest and capability to provide technical training services. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This is NOT a request for proposals at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary and the U.S. Government will not pay for any costs associated with submitted responses.
