Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract for annual maintenance, including upgrades, enhancements, and problem fixes of BRS Search Solaris and Net Answer Solaris software used by Air Force Legal Services Agency at Maxwell AFB, AL. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses which can provide these specified services, they must respond to this notice before 1200 hours Central Daylight Time on 01 Sep 2005. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Open Text Corporation will be pursued.
