Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Reference number is F3H0R15203A100 as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This procurement is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is424710. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for AVGAS and Smoke Oil for the 2005 Offutt Air Show at Offutt AFB. The description of the item is as follows: 7,000 gallons of 100LL AVGAS; AVGAS Truck and Driverfor 35 hours; all applicable Federal taxes, freight and spill fund; Smoke Oil (2 x 55gallon drums); 55 gallons of Phillips AV 120 AD; and 21 gallons of Phillips AV 100AD.
