Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Reference number is F3H0R15203A100 as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This procurement is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is424710. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for AVGAS and Smoke Oil for the 2005 Offutt Air Show at Offutt AFB. The description of the item is as follows: 7,000 gallons of 100LL AVGAS; AVGAS Truck and Driverfor 35 hours; all applicable Federal taxes, freight and spill fund; Smoke Oil (2 x 55gallon drums); 55 gallons of Phillips AV 120 AD; and 21 gallons of Phillips AV 100AD. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE.
