This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F2Q2015153A100, is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions ands clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02.This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b).
