- Services of a contractor to furnish all tools, labor, materials, and expertise to complete Project 596-05-121, "Seal Window Brick Joints, A-South, B-Wing, CDD" at VA Medical Center, Cooper Drive Division, Lexington, KY, in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work includes general construction, masonry work, demolition, installation of new sealant and weep hole wicks, necessary removal of existing sealant materials at windows and brick expansion joints, etc. Estimated construction cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Work to be completed within 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. With reference to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, and is subject to availability of funds. North American Industry Classification (NAICS) No. 238140 with a size standard of $12 million applies. Solicitation documents will be available for download on the website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/ after August 19, 2005. Potential bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any obtaining any amendments to the solicitation, which will be made available at this website.
