- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, Minneapolis, MN 55455. The purpose of this procurement is to provide data collection and analysis technical assistance to the State Planning Grants Program grantees. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance for this project is two and one half years.
