- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is the only solicitation and proposals are being requested along with this announcement. The solicitation number is ED-05-R-0039 and is also being issued as a request for quotation. The NAICS code is 511210 with a business size standard of $21 million. The United States Department of Education, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) intends to acquire a product that allows it to maintain an electronic secured document management library. An offeror's proposal must conform to the provisions and clauses listed in the solicitation document and be prepared in accordance with the requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
