- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract consisting of a five years to ApplyYourself Inc., of Fairfax, VA for on-going maintenance, support, security, and hosting services on the existing on-line examiner application system. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, pursuant to FAR 13.5. The system is used by the NIST Baldrige National Quality Program to automate its examiner application process. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by sending an email to Deborah.rincon@nist.gov no later than Monday August 15, 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
