- Solicitation Number: SP0410-05-R-3868. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor is to provide three sign language interpreters to provide Sign Language Interpretation Services in order to reasonably accommodate the deaf/hard of hearing employees, in a variety of work-related settings at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA. The three interpreters will provide services Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract (split awards will not be made). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home on or about the issue date cited in the RFP.
