- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning to award a Sole Source purchase order with Family Practice Associates of Winner, South Dakota. This is to provide services at the Family Practice Associates of Winner in their outpatient department which will include ambulatory care, adult surgical care, and emergency care to eligible IHS beneficiaries who are serviced by the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital and whoe reside in Winner, South Dakota who have no alternative resources for payment of healthcare. This is for the need for the use of a clinic in Winner, South Dakota. This announcement is Set-Aside Sole Source, FAR 6.302-1.
