- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is planning a Sole Source purchase order with Schramm Medical Clinic, Winner, South Dakota. This is to provide healthcare services at the Schramm Medical Clinic in the outpatient department which will include ambulatory care, adult surgical care and emergency care to eligible IHS beneficiaries who are serviced by the Rosebud PHS, IHS Hospital and who reside in Winner, South Dakota who have no alternative resources for payment of healthcare. This is a need for the use of the clinic in Winner, SD. This announcement is Set-Aside Sole Source, FAR 6.302-1.
