- Attached is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a vaporized aluminum coating chamber equipment purchase and installation for Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written RFP (Numbered FA9401-05-R-0003) is attached. The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423490, and the small business size standard is 100 Employees. This RFP and any resulting contract are set aside 100% for small business concerns in accordance with Part 19 of the FAR. An organized site visit will be held 07 March 2005. Funds are currently available for this contract. Offers are due no later than 1500 hours (3:00pm) Mountain Time, 25 March 2005, and quotes must be valid for 30 calendar days after solicitation closing.
