- Description
- The 56th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Roofing in support of Luke AFB, AZ. The contractor will be required to maintain, repair and/or construct all roofing to include but not be limited to roofs, equipment, material etc. for roofing type work. This acquisition is Unrestricted. (NAICS 238160). The proposal will be issued via a Request for Proposal (RFP), using past-performance/price trade off factors. The contract will be issued for one basic period and four option periods. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov) and the On-line Reps & Certs (http://orca.bpn.gov/) prior to award. The solicitation shall be posted on EPS on or around 12 Jul 05. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-JUN-2005).
